Admissions Overview

At Jefferson Trail, we understand that placing agencies and social workers have better
things to do than fill
out paperwork.


We are committed to making the process as simple as possible.

Jefferson Trail accepts admission calls 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

For admission calls during business hours, please call toll free at (877) 279-4394.

For admission calls after business hours, please call (434) 409-7292.

After the initial referral call, Jefferson Trail will conduct a pre-placement interview where the child resides. Our dedicated admissions staff will help the referring agency with all required information and completion of the admission application.

Jefferson Trail strives to provide an answer to all referrals within 48 hours of initial call. If we are unable to meet your needs we will assist with locating another placement.

Upon acceptance, Jefferson Trail utilizes a collaborative approach with all involved parties to develop personalized treatment goals and a discharge plan.
